In a recent study of forty healthy people of University of Alberta in Canada, researchers found that the participants make exercise as a non-negotiable must do!
One of the reasons why most people fail to stick to their workouts is because they make up lame excuses to miss their sessions. Often they’ll tell themselves that they will make up for it the following workout…But it hits like a chain reaction. If you decide to skip out on your workout, you’re most likely to make up another lame reason to miss the next workout session. And before you know it, you’ll be all the way down in the dirt kicking yourself because you didn’t stick to your workout plan.
Even if you’re lacking motivation one day, go ahead and get your workout over with anyway. It’s not like you have anything else better to do right? Best way to get your scheduled workouts in is exercise first thing in the morning. That way there will be a less chance of you bailing out on your workouts later on in the day. Plus, if you’re looking to lose weight and burn some fat…Often the best time to workout is in the mornings anyway!
